Farm to Fork Dinner & Celebration

Join us September 21 from 5:30-8:30 p.m. for an evening of dining and dancing under the stars! Enjoy a farm-fresh gourmet meal, locally brewed beer and cider, live music, and a signature gift at Cary’s historic teaching farm. All proceeds benefit the work of Good Hope Farm in creating food security and agriculture in the region. Food will feature locally sourced ingredients masterfully prepared by Chef Jacob Boehm of Snap Pea. Entertainment will be provided by Andy Eversole Music and farm tours will be available.

  • Summer Lettuces with Peppers, Radishes & Crispy Chickpeas
  • Braised Dry Aged Beef Shoulder with Fingerling Potatoes & Gremolata
  • Vegetarian: Honeynut Squash Stuffed with Wild Mushroom & Black Walnut Stuffing
  • Lemon Basil Pesto Pasta with Edamame & Charred Zucchini
  • Spice Roasted Sweet Potatoes with Tahini Sauce
  • Sofrito Sweet Potato Greens with Hazelnut & Crispy Garlic
